The value of the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the total cost of the treatment or experience exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another method of payment. If the total amount is less than the value of the voucher, no refund will be issued for the difference. Gift vouchers cannot be accepted after their expiry date.

During the winter season, Le Refuge de Solaise can only be accessed via the Solaise gondola, departing from the snow front and arriving approximately 200 metres above the hotel.
